Unfortunately because we purchase our products based on paid subscribers, we cannot give refunds.. You can, of course cancel; whenever you like, but if you cancel after the billing period (15th of the month), then you will receive one more BattlBox subscription. If you pay for a subscription, and then decide to cancel before you have received your first shipment, you will still receive the one you paid for, and no more will be shipped after that.
You can cancel your membership anytime you like, but please note that canceling a membership will not initiate a refund. You will still receive the BattlBox you paid for. Any membership canceled after the renewal date is non-refundable. In the event that a refund is given due to extenuating circumstances - We do not refund the original ship charge.
Additionally if you purchase a stand alone item that is not a subscription, or a "One Time Product" these are also not eligible for refund based on purely disliking the product.
As a subscription based around monthly mystery themes we cannot always please everyone. Therefore, we do not offer returns, refunds or credits for disliking of subscription contents.
