Sorry to hear your box has not yet arrived although a delivery notification was received. Please do check with others at your address, or perhaps a neighbor, to see if someone else has picked up the package.

You can also check around the entrance of your residence for the package, particularly on back porches, bushes, garages, grills, or other places that might protect your package from theft or weather.

Please note there is a secondary tracking number for UPS SurePost packages. This can be found at the bottom of the UPS tracking page, and can be useful for more detailed updates if the package is tendered to the post office for the last mile delivery.

You must reach out within 45 days of a missing box to be eligible for a potential replacement. If you feel your box is missing please contact [email protected]
