How do I cancel my monthly subscription?Updated 3 months ago

Login to your BattlBox account; at the top of your screen you will see an orange button labeled "dashboard".  Click the subscriptions tab next to this button; this will lead you to your active subscriptions. From there you click the circle with 3 dots in it on the right side of your active subscription. From here you can choose to cancel subscription.

Management of subscriptions is the customers full responsibility. BattlBox is not responsible for accounts created with multiple email addresses, or addresses with typos. Our support team is always willing to help sort out any account errors or duplicates. 

Please note, when cancelling your subscription you are cancelling future renewals, and not pending subscription shipments.  If you have any further questions, please reach out to [email protected]
