When can I expect to start receiving my BattlBox after I have subscribed?Updated 8 months ago

When you first subscribe, your first subscription box will ship within 10 business days. This shipment was in essence sent early. Therefore the next bill cycle will occur the following month on the 15th, and your subscription order will fulfill on the 4th-9th of each month afterward. For example, an order is placed on the 12th of the month. After your first shipment. All subscription renewal payments occur on the 15th of each month for the subscription shipment the following month. The shipping window for subscription boxes is the 4th-9th of each month, except when those days fall on weekends or holidays, in which case we will begin shipping boxes on the next postal workday.

For all Canadian customers please note that the shipment and delivery of boxes is different from US fulfillment.

All subscription boxes will be shipped from our Georgia facility to our Toronto shipping provider on the 26th of each month. This ship time can take anywhere from 4-8 business days and occasionally longer. Once the boxes have been received in Toronto, they will immediately be sent out to subscribers, this process can take up to 2 business days. Once they have shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Please note: all Canadian customers will be one month <Mission> behind our US customers. While this is not ideal, it is currently the best solution to get your boxes in a timely manner. If you order after the 26th of the month, your box will ship to Toronto on the 26th of the following month.
